Ingredients
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lime
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
salt and pepper
1 1/2 pounds flank steak
8 - 6” Corn Tortillas
1 white onion diced
1 bunch cilantro
1 lime

Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Place steak in ziplock back and cover with marinade. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Remove steak from marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Bring steak to room temperature before cooking, about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and cook on medium-high heat, 6 minutes per side.
Pull steak off heat and let rest 10 minutes. Slice thin against the grain and season with coarse salt.
Layer two tortillas together and heat on grill or plancha until full cooked. Layer steak on tortilla, top with cilantro and onions. Garnish with lime wedge. Top with Espicy hot sauce
