Avocado Toast with Espicy Sauce

Ingredients
2 slices sourdough bread
1 ripe avocado
2 fresh eggs
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Toast bread until golden brown
In a mixing bowl combine the avocado, lemon juice, and salt and pepper
Stir well and add to the top of the toast
In a frying pan drizzle the olive oil and fry the egg until the edges of the whites are golden and the yolk is still runny
Place the egg on top of the avocado
Top with your favorite Million Dollar Highway Saloon hot sauce and ENJOY!
