Eggs With Oakes Episode 1 Scrambled Eggs
Scrambled eggs with Dat Devil Dressing
Creamy Scrambled Eggs
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
3 fresh eggs
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Warm a nonstick skillet over medium low heat
Place one tablespoon of unsalted butter into the skillet and allow it to melt
Beat the three eggs with a spoon
Add the water, mayonnaise and salt and pepper to the whisked eggs
Slowly pour the eggs into the melted butter
With a silicone spatula pull the eggs from the sides and push into the cooked eggs in the center of the pan. Continue doing this for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the skillet from the heat when the eggs still look wet but not runny.
Top with your favorite Million Dollar Highway Saloon hot sauce and ENJOY!
